Hello and welcome to my tutorial on how to sell your music online on all the world’s leading online music stores and services and how to promote your music online.
This guide will teach you what you need to know about how to sell your music on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Napster and other music services out there.
This tutorial will also teach you how to make money from your music without having to get signed by a record label. Not having a record deal and being signed to a major record label could be a great thing if you know how to promote your music by yourself online.
By following this guide you will be able to make money from your music without the need of getting signed to a record contract. No record deal means more money, money, money for you when you succeed!
There are only three things you must have before you can start making money from your own music unless you are already signed to a label of course. Those three things are:
- At least one good song ready to be published online. It should in fact be really, really good
- An account at Record Union.
- A UPC code. You will get two UPC codes for free from me if you follow my guide.
If you want to stand out from the crowd and have a cool cover art for your album you will also need that. However, this is not necessary, but I really recommend that you take the time to create an album cover or have a friend do it for you. You will want to stand out from the crowd.
