How to sell music online

I found out that signing up with Record Union was a very easy way to get my music distributed online on all the world’s leading online music stores and services. This will however not guarantee that my music will show up on any of the music charts any time soon but at least my music is available to my fans and easy to find.

If you sign up with my A&R code: 2613aab6dc I will give you two free UPC codes which you will need when you are about to release your music albums online.

By signing up with my A&R code you will save $20 when registering with Record Union. If you do not like their service you can easily cancel your account with them and you will not have lost anything by trying it out.

About Record Union

Record Union does not ask for any kind of ownership rights for the music they distribute. All they ask for is exclusive digital distribution rights to all their partners. This is because their partners do not want to have two copies of the same track on their service. However, if you want to cancel your partnership with Record Union, you just need to notify them and they will take your music down free of charge.

I did and I have not regretted it.

More on UPC codes

A UPC code (Universal Product Code) is required for each single track or album that an artist wants to sell online. For example, a 10 track album release needs 1 UPC code. A single release needs 1 UPC code. UPC’s are a unique code that allows our retail partners to monitor and track the sales of a particular single or album.
